How do you appeal an NSGL Parking Charge?

You can appeal the parking charge either in writing by post, or in writing using the operator’s online portal.

You have 45 days to file your appeal! Plus, you should get a response from NSGL within 14 days of receiving it. However, a decision on whether to uphold or reject your appeal can take up to 35 days.

It’s worth noting that appealing the parking fine is free of charge and it stops the operator from taking the matter further!

You have the option to escalate your appeal to the Parking on Private Land Association (POPLA) if your initial appeal gets rejected.

POPLA will consider your appeal before deciding whether to reject it or uphold it.
