So, how do you pay a Hammersmith and Fulham PCN?

What if you lost the PCN?

Don’t panic if you lose the PCN because you can call the council to get the reference number. But only a registered keeper can do this.

Without the correct reference number, you can’t pay the PCN!

Do you want to challenge the Hammersmith and Fulham PCN?

What happens after the council rejects my appeal against a PCN?

You have the right to escalate an appeal to the independent adjudicator once you receive the Notice of Rejection. The council sends a form in the rejection notice detailing how to do this. But you may also decide it’s less stressful to pay the PCN at this point!

The independent adjudicator’s decision is legally binding and final. So, you’ll have to pay if they side with the council. But if the adjudicator sides with you, the council must cancel the PCN!

So, should you pay or challenge a Hammersmith and Fulham PCN?

Do I have enough evidence to support an appeal?
Was the PCN issued correctly?
