How do you file a complaint with Ombudsman Services?

There’s a process to follow before you file a complaint with Ombudsman Services, which is as follows:

Get in touch with Parking Eye and allow them time to resolve the issue following the operator’s complaints procedure
Gather as much evidence as possible in support of your complaint against the operator
Keep all the correspondence Parking Eye sends you and which you send the operator
Note down the names of all the people at Parking Eye you spoke to on the phone
